• Customers are entitled to a refund, replacement or a voucher for a product deemed faulty.
  • Customers are entitled to exchange size within 3 days of receiving your garment. You can either post the item back to us (customer will bear both return and reshipping fees) or swap at our place in Edmondson Park.
  • If you discover a fault or problem with our product, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery by email to and provide photos of the faulty items for an investigation to decide on the outcome.
  • If you do not contact us within 3 days of delivery ( which is sufficient time to discover any problem/ fault with the product), this means you agree that you received the products without any fault or problem. 
  • In case the fault is minor, we may authorize the return of the product to us at your cost and only provide a replacement or voucher.
  • Although children’s products are suitable for young ages (5+), we recommend parental supervision. The products must be used by children of an appropriate age. In the event it is deemed a product has been misused, a remedy will not be offered. 
  • We don’t offer a refund or exchange for a change of mind on our products and services.
  • We don’t offer a refund or exchange after booking a children’s class or online lesson. The classes/lessons are group classes and are organized and scheduled based on the number of bookings. Please note there are a lot of preparation that goes into organizing classes, so please ensure you book your desired class , unfortunately, we do not offer refund in case you are unable to make it to the class. However, if your child is sick, we can reschedule his class/lesson with a doctor’s certificate.
